Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be requested through our support team before sending items back. Returns sent directly to our company’s registered address will not be accepted.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.
