The New Trick Backpack by Moncler is designed for everyday use, combining functionality and style. Made from water-repellent recycled nylon with a nylon lining, it features leather finishes and handle, adjustable shoulder straps, and a practical buckle and drawstring closure. Equipped with external zip pockets and an internal pocket, it offers the ideal space to organize essentials with elegance.

    Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on qualifying orders. For all other purchases, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on region and warehouse location.

  • Insurance:
    All parcels are insured against loss. In the rare case of a lost
    shipment, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

  • We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be requested through our support team before sending items back. Returns sent directly to our company’s registered address will not be accepted.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the EU,
customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility.
