• Delivery Partners: UPS, DHL, FedEx, and selected postal services.

• Processing Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Payment verification (e.g., cardholder mismatch) may extend processing up to 7 business days.

• Delivery Times:

  • Europe: 3–5 business days (average)

  • North America & Asia: 5–10 business days (average)

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or circumstances beyond our control.

• Shipping Costs: We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on qualifying orders. For all other purchases, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on region and warehouse location.

• Insurance: All parcels are insured against loss. In the rare case of a lost shipment, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

• We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Returns must be requested through our support team before sending items back. Returns sent directly to our company’s registered address will not be accepted.

• Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Customs & Duties

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the customer’s responsibility. Vecendi provides all required documentation to assist with customs clearance.
